How to use it
- Call 866-611-7043.Save it in your phone right now, under “Roadside”. Available 24/7. You will be asked for the producer code #47128, Plan B.
- Give them your Member ID.It is in your welcome email and in the app.
- Tell them where you are.Help is dispatched to you. Stay with your vehicle until the service provider arrives.
Prefer the app? Download My Benefits Work — your Member ID lives in it, so you never have to search for an email on the shoulder of a road.
Your family is covered too
Your spouse is covered. Your dependents age 26 and under are covered. At no extra cost.
When it starts
Your Roadside Assistance activates once you complete your one-time activation form and your first payment goes through. We email you your Member ID and your start date the day it goes live.
What this covers, and what it doesn’t
- One service every 72 hours, and up to five services a year.
- Towing up to 15 miles per occurrence. Longer tows cost extra, paid to the tow company.
- Tire service requires a spare that is inflated and usable.
- Not covered: towing from the scene of an accident, or a second tow for a vehicle that was in a collision.
- This is not insurance. It is a service provided by New Benefits, Ltd.

Do I pay anything when I call?
No, not for the services listed above, within the limits shown. You pay only for fuel or fluids delivered, and for tow mileage past 15 miles.
Does it cover me in any car?
It covers you — as a covered person — when you need help with a vehicle you are in.
What if I’m not sure it’s covered?
Call 866-611-7043 and ask. They will tell you before dispatching.
Can I use it more than once?
Yes — one service every 72 hours, up to five a year.
Do I need to do anything to activate it?
Yes. Complete the short activation form we email you. It takes under a minute.
When does it start?
After your activation form is in and your first payment has gone through. We email you the day it starts.
What happens if I cancel?
Roadside stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for.
What are Travel Assistance and Legal Services?
Two additional benefits included with your VIP status: emergency travel help when you are 100 or more miles from home, and access to an attorney network with a free first consultation per matter. They activate together with your Roadside Assistance, so there is nothing extra to do.
